About Us

Established in the year 1956, we at K.Patel have been making living space worthwhile for more than 5 decades now. Today we can proudly claim to have provided homes to 5ooo families. The business that began as humble start up with simple construction and building contract outsourcing model reached its matured state of Realty Business.
Rooted in robust foundations it is now managed by the third generation with professional qualifications.  We are adopting  modern technology and foreseeing the future trends. The activity has diversified into commercial space including malls, beyond homes. All this is done with a very conservative financial & risk management approach to which the Realty business is most vulnerable.
